Communication
When you order from us or send emails to us, you are agreeing to receive communications from us electronically.
Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. Although every attempt has been made to accurately portray our products all crystals are unique and may differ slightly in colour, size or shape from the illustration shown. If you are not happy with an item you ordered please return it to us well packaged, in the same condition that you received it, within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Postage costs are not refundable.
Unfortunately, because of hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned to us unless faulty.
Please notify us that you are returning your crystals by emailing helen@crystallizes.co.uk.
Return of damaged items
If an item is damaged on arrival or is found to be faulty please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing helen@crystallizes.co.uk or by telephone on 0843 2898031 and let us know the problem. You will be given details on how to return an item. Send your item back within 14 days and we will either replace the item or issue you with a refund.

Complaints
If you have a complaint please contact us explaining the nature of your complaint.
1. Acknowledgment of your complaint will be sent within 5 working days together with the name of the person dealing with your complaint.
2. Where possible your complaint should be resolved within 3 weeks of notification.
